We’re Evan and Deanna Bowman, husband-and-wife team, and the proud owners of Forge Fitness Co. since 2024.

We often say this place has given us a "life upgrade", not just physically, but mentally, relationally, and even spiritually. What started as a pursuit toward improving physical wellbeing became a journey of growth, purpose, and connection.

Our heartbeat is to see people in Wabash County and beyond truly thrive—to discover what they’re capable of and to forge the kind of strength and resilience that carries far beyond gym walls.

Now, I love to lift and it has grown my self-confidence. Seriously though- ask to see some of my beginning lifts... super humbling."
